Neil Young Plays Star-Spangled Banner' On Guitar In 'Stand For Peace' Video
Neil Young recently released a new video, called "Stand for Peace," featuring his performance of "The Star-Spangled Banner" on electric guitar.
The video, which was directed by Young's wife Daryl Hannah, features footage of Young performing next to an American flag and concludes with the written message "Be Brave" and "Stand For Peace."

As bad as they are, they need to be forgotten so we can be free to move on in life together, all humanity, focused on saving our planet for future generations of all people."

David Bowie's Handwritten Lyrics Valued At Up To £100,000 At Auction
A handwritten lyric sheet by David Bowie is set to be auctioned this week and is expected to fetch up to 100,000 pounds.
The document contains Bowie's corrections, drafts and notes for the Ziggy Stardust tracks "Rock'n'Roll Suicide" and "Suffragette City." It will be displayed at the Omega Auctions showcase sale on November 28.
The letter of provenance reads, "The hand-written notes were given to the original owner personally by David Bowie at Trident Studio, with a few other pages of original lyrics, some of which didn't survive."
"They were needed so that the music publisher and management could prepare the lyric sheet, printed on the album's inner record bag,"it adds. "At the same time, for the person collecting, David alerted them to two songs he hadn't written that he had just decided would also feature on the album (It Ain't Easy and Round and Round - the names of which he quickly added at the foot of the page on the Suffragette City side), writing next to them: 'pub (publishing) you know these songs'."
The letter of provenance also says the sheet was purchased by the current owner in the early 1980s, and loaned to the V&A in 2013 for an exhibition.
Auction manager Dan Muscatelli-Hampson said, "These are two real cult favourites in the wonderful Bowie oeuvre and 'Suffragette City' has been described as one of his very best. It's an incredible artefact to have and to hold and it is sure to excite the many millions of Bowie fans around the world - just as the Starman lyrics did."

Ozzy Osbourne On 'The Osbournes' Reboot: 'Never In A Million Years'
During a recent episode of "The Osbournes Podcast," a segment featuring the Osbournes discussing their MTV reality series "The Osbournes" saw the family saying that they would never want to revive the series.
When asked by Jack Osbourne whether the series, which ran from 2002 to 2005, had a "positive or negative effect on everyone's mental health," Kelly Osbourne said it had a "massive negative effect" on her mental health. "It made me so insecure," she added. Ozzy Osbourne said the show served as the "best diary" for future generations of the family. However, he added that the intrusive nature of the production didn't allow him to even "pick my nose and squeeze a zit" without the cameras filming him.
Sharon Osbourne said she felt the show was a great experience, but it was time for it to end when it did. Ozzy chimed in that the series started to get "unreal" when they were forced to go on fishing trips and engage in other activities that they didn't normally do in real life.
Jack then remarked, "That's why I don't think we'll ever do another season," to which Ozzy replied, "It won't happen again. Never in a million years."
Ozzy admitted that he was hurt by the way he was portrayed on "The Osbournes," telling Jack, "I remember you came home one day, and said, 'Dad, let me ask you a question. Do you like people laughing at you or with you? And I said something like, 'As long as they're laughing, I don't give a sh-t.' But in all honestly, it made my head think, 'They're laughing at me.'"

Daryl Hall Granted Restraining Order Against John Oates In Sealed Lawsuit
Daryl Hall has been granted a restraining order against his longtime musical partner, John Oates, as a legal dispute plays out between Hall & Oates.
However, the dispute between the pair isn't clear, as the court documents are sealed. The case summary on the Nashville Chancery Court website classifies it as a "Contract/Debt" dispute. Hall filed the initial complaint back on November 16.
Along with the complaint, Hall also filed a motion for a temporary restraining order as well as motions to keep all the documents under seal.
On November 17, a restraining bond was set at $50,000, and the restraining order itself was issued.
According to reports, Hall's lawsuit stems from Oates' attempt to sell off his share of their joint venture, Whole Oats Enterprises LLP.
Meanwhile, on November 23, Hall played a concert full of Hall & Oates classics in Tokyo.
Hall & Oates were formed in 1970. Hall is generally the lead vocalist, while Oates primarily plays the electric guitar and provides backing vocals.
During their peak years of 1974-91, the pair reached the U.S. Top 40 with 29 of their 33 singles charting on the Billboard Hot 100. Six of the singles reached No. 1: "Rich Girl" (1977), "Kiss on My List" (1980), the two 1981 releases "Private Eyes" and "I Can't Go for That (No Can Do)", "Maneater" (1982) and "Out of Touch" (1984).

Guns N' Roses frontman Axl Rose has been accused of sexual assault in a lawsuit filed by a former Penthouse model.
Attorneys for Sheila Kennedy filed a complaint in a New York court Wednesday, alleging that the actress and model was "sexually assaulted" in a New York City hotel room in February 1989, and that she "did not consent and felt overpowered."
"Rose used his fame, status, and power as a celebrity and performer in the music industry to gain access to manipulate, control and violently assault Kennedy," according to the lawsuit.
The alleged incident has caused Kennedy to suffer "severe emotional, physical, financial and psychological distress," it says.

Neil Young Leaving X For 'Reasons That Should Be Obvious' To Elon Musk
Rock legend Neil Young has said that he's leaving X, the social media platform previously known as Twitter, for "reasons that should be obvious" to owner Elon Musk.
"We are stopping all use of X that we can control," Young wrote in a statement posted to his website. "For reasons that should be obvious to the richest man on Earth, we are taking action against his company."
The post featured an image of Musk with the text "Tesla should fly flags of love, not hate" written over the billionaire's face.
The statement continued, "For our many Palestinian friends and our many Jewish friends, we do need to start over in the present and release our terrible connections to the past. As bad as they are, they need to be forgotten so we can be free to move on in life together, all humanity, focused on saving our planet for future generations of all people."
Young joins a list of boycotters of X, including Apple and Disney, after Musk indicated he agreed with a social media post accusing "Jewish communities" of advancing "hatred against whites."
Musk pushed back against the allegations, but not before Warner Bros. Discovery, Paramount Global, Lions Gate Entertainment and Comcast also announced pauses of their online ad campaigns.
"This past week, there were hundreds of bogus media stories claiming that I am antisemitic," Musk posted on X. "Nothing could be further from the truth. I wish only the best for humanity and a prosperous and exciting future for all."
